TWO NIGHTS OF LAUGHTER WITH JOSH BLUE
On Thursday, April 24, 2008 and Sunday, April 27, 2008, the Kool Kidz Foundation held “Two Nights of Laughter With Josh Blue.” It was a great opportunity for our members, friends and families to spend some time together laughing, while watching Josh Blue, an A-list comedian.

Born with cerebral palsy (CP), Josh has not let his physical condition stand in the way of his successes. He has broken down many barriers to inclusion in the comedy, entertainment and sports arena. Josh uses his incredible sense of humor and likeability to defer stereotypes and encourage others to overcome their preconceived notions about people who are considered “disabled.”
Josh and the Funny Farm agreed that a portion of the proceeds from the Thursday night shows would benefit the Kool Kidz Foundation. Everyone had a great time. "The Josh Blue event was a class act! I laughed out loud through the entire monologue. What a great night for supporters of the Kool Kidz Foundation and Josh- such a funny and inspiring guy." Similar sentiments were felt on Sunday. “I looked around the room and saw many nodding heads and knowing glances as Josh shared his stories with humor. As parents, we all are aware of the challenges our children face. To see Josh standing on stage making a living at doing something he loves says volumes.
